We are currently developing a world class Mojakart GPS tracking site that will assist our customers to track their goods in real time.

RETURN POLICY

We do not allow return of products if manufacturers’ seal have been tampered with. Packages once opened could not be returned. We may take the return if such returns fall under our defined return policy here.

We currently do not ship overseas. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will be starting this service soon.

DELIVERY CHARGES    

We offer free delivery at a flat rate fee of RWF 3000 in Kigali and its environs however it will cost you RWF 3000 for delivery to any other part of the country. There is NO charge if a customer decides to come and pick up the goods at our office on Shop No. 2, Fido-Dido Building, Kampala Road, Uganda.

Delivery will be done on during the weekdays Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
